Harbor Engineering’s Peter Clark, PE has been named to the Board of Directors of Sail Newport. Peter’s talents as a waterfront planner shall be called upon as Sail Newport moves forward with facility upgrades in support of the upcoming Americas Cup World Series to be held in Newport during the summer of 2012.
